Return & Refund Policy
We hope that you love what you ordered from Baida Jewelry. But in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made it as simple as possible to return or exchange items.
Standard In Stock items purchased only online at baidajewelry.com may be returned to Baida Jewelry for return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. We give customers seven (7) days solely to inspect the jewelry. Returns may be done in store or shipping return. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging. The merchandise must be in original condition; we do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage. In addition, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any special/custom orders or altered items. This includes but not limited to custom sizing, engraving, any altering, and special orders. Custom made or specially ordered pieces (including engagement rings and wedding bands) are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client and therefore may not be returned or exchanged. Essentially, any items that are in stock and that does not have to be custom made are eligible. All returned items must be shipped via FedEx in their complete original packaging and in unworn, unused condition. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached and protective packaging. A copy of the Baida Jewelry receipt must accompany your return. Credits will not include original shipping charges.
Before returning/exchanging an item you must first speak with a representative at Baida Jewelry to obtain a return authorization number. Please email email@example.com for all return and/or exchange requests. Please provide your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return or exchange. Returns will only be accepted with the Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item, less any shipping and insurance charges incurred to ship your items. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undelivered packages. Baida Jewelry only accepts return packages from FedEx. All returns require signature confirmation.
Baida Jewelry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than baidajewelry.com. Items marked on Closeout, Special or Custom Order may not be returned and are final sale. This includes all orders purchased on promotion and/or with a discount code. Discounts cannot be combined. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise and special and/or custom orders will not be accepted. For security purposes, Do not mark anywhere on the package any such words as diamond, jewelry, or other words that would entice theft.
Note, items shipped using our free shipping option will be credited for the purchase price less any shipping and insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Baida Jewelry reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Baida Jewelry’s sole discretion.
